The Violence of Yoga

The purpose of yoga is to calm your body, mind and spirit - to breathe and release toxins from your body... Not the case for me however...yoga makes me want to kick someone...

I think today was a good day however...I haven't really felt like kicking anyone all day...

Except for at this moment...there is a man exerting extreme amounts of ignorance at my window...I'd like to pull a one-legged plank and kick him in the head.
